What began as a fairly straightforward raunchy TF/TG romp gradually grew into something larger, with a continuing plot, recurring characters, and story arcs I found myself genuinely wanting to resolve properly.As a result, this story changes tone over time. It starts out playful, erotic and chaotic, but gradually becomes more character-focused, more thoughtful, and more interested in the relationships, friendships and wider world surrounding the main cast.I'm writing this note simply to help set expectations. If you came looking purely for fast-paced transformation antics, there's certainly plenty of that early on - but if you decide to stick around, I hope you'll enjoy watching the characters grow as much as I enjoyed writing them.

Following Erik's appearance on TV, he receives a call from an old acquaintance in Chicago which leads to some unexpected visitors. Looking into the future, the protection from World AI's satellite weapons fails, however society is not what it once was.

After hanging around and getting into all sorts of trouble and hijinks with various gods and goddesses over the 1800 years he's been alive when he was a former Wiccan magical protector of the Earth, he was unceremoniously mutilated then dumped to live a lonely and eternal life of misery and self-recrimination. Over a drink with a famous friend who drops by to try and cheer him up, his friend transports him to their favourite pub in Oxford where Micheál is introduced to the xferOtron and requests to become an elf. The moment he becomes an elf, the veil which had blocked Micheál seeing how he'd been just a puppet, used and discarded, is removed from his vision and he vows to track down the puppet master and have a word with him.

Human rules, laws and moralities don't really fit with their way of life any more.

Many straight men were suddenly discovering they now had a body like a Ken doll or had a tiny shrunken dick, and many women suddenly developed a vagina dentata, which made sex, for the straight guys who still had dicks, a very risky prospect. Medical science comes up with a solution which turns out surprisingly popular. Martin finally meets the love of his life, and Brandon is given a gift and reveals something that shocks Gregor.

The following morning Gregor, Kazimir, Jake and Rafael take a drive to go for a hike and a picnic on a popular Ozarks hiking trail where they meet some nice guys who they get on phenomenally well with, and end up inviting to join them as elves. This precipitates an unexpected course of actions which redefines life for as a minimum the whole of America, and for elven communities going forwards when some painful realisations are forced upon the elves, and indeed, all the inhabitants of planet Earth.

A number of them choose to make some changes, and later, Gregor and young Erik are staggered by something they learn from Brandon.
